Refund policy

M&B Sports Group is committed to delivering quality products and professional customer service. This policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations for purchases made directly through our online store.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must:

Be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Include its original packaging, accessories, tags, and protective materials.
Be accompanied by an order number or other valid proof of purchase.

Paddles that have been used for play, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products are handled separately under Section 5.

2. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, email Mbsportseventsfl@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Include photographs when reporting damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.

Eligible requests will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can identify and process it correctly.

Authorized returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after authorization.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns, except where required by applicable law.

If we provide a prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, we will disclose its cost before use. That cost will be deducted from the refund only with your agreement.

M&B Sports Group will cover reasonable standard return shipping costs for verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

4. Refund Processing

We will inspect returned products and notify you of the outcome within five business days of receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax. Discounts and promotional savings are not refundable as cash.

If a return does not meet this policy’s requirements, we will explain the reason and discuss available options before taking further action.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or differs from what you ordered. Reporting delivery issues within seven calendar days helps us investigate and resolve them efficiently; this requested reporting period does not limit rights available under applicable law or an applicable warranty.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain the packaging until the claim is resolved.

For verified claims, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to availability and applicable law, without additional shipping charges to you.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to request an exchange and receive instructions.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible return may be processed for a refund. Any price difference or customer-paid shipping charge will be disclosed before the exchange is completed.

7. Nonreturnable Products

Unless defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable law, the following are not eligible for standard returns:

Used or altered products.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Products clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase.
Gift cards, except where redemption or refund is required by law.

A discounted price alone does not make a product final sale.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly to Mbsportseventsfl@gmail.com, with the order number included.

Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the return procedures in this policy apply.

For personalized or custom-made products, any cancellation restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. Cancellation may no longer be available after customization begins.

9. Preorders

Preorder status and estimated shipping timeframes will be disclosed on the applicable product page. Estimated shipping dates may change, and we will communicate material delays using the contact information provided with the order.

Standard, noncustomized preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will notify affected customers and provide the option to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law. If M&B Sports Group cancels a preorder, all amounts paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

10. Warranty Claims

This return policy is separate from any expressly provided product warranty. A product that is outside the standard return period may still qualify for assistance under an applicable warranty or consumer protection law.

Normal wear, cosmetic deterioration from use, misuse, and accidental damage do not qualify as manufacturing defects under this return policy.

11. Purchases Through Other Sellers

Products purchased through another retailer or marketplace should be returned through the original seller under that seller’s return policy. Any applicable M&B Sports Group warranty will be handled according to its terms.

12. Consumer Rights & Policy Updates

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update this policy periodically. The version in effect when an order is placed will govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
